What is Fulveo? The product workspace built for the AI era
One place to think a product idea through, plan it and hand it to whoever builds it, with an agent that works from the same boards and plans you do.
Fulveo is a product workspace for founders, PMs and small teams building software with AI. It puts a whiteboard canvas, a planner and the Fulveo Agent in one place, so an idea can go from a messy first sketch to a brief a coding agent can build from. The agent works from the same boards and plans you do, and it asks before it changes anything.
Why does a product workspace need to be built for AI?
The job of the person deciding what to build has changed. More and more of the building is done by AI agents, and the people directing them are founders and PMs who treat those agents as experts: they give them context, constraints and acceptance criteria, then review what comes back.
That makes the brief the most important thing a PM writes. A coding agent is only as good as the brief it starts from.
Most workspaces were designed before AI and had it added afterwards as a panel on the side. Fulveo was built the other way round: the agent is not a feature of the workspace, the workspace is built around it.
Why do product ideas fall apart before they are built?
Because they move between too many places. The thinking happens on a whiteboard, the plan lives in a tracker, the context sits in a doc, and the brief gets typed into a chat box from memory. Each move loses something, and the part that gets lost is usually the reason behind the decision.
A chat log is a bad place to keep a decision. The next time you open it, the reasoning is scrolled away and the agent has forgotten it. Fulveo keeps the thinking, the plan and the brief in one workspace, so the context travels with the work.
How does Fulveo work?
Think it through on the canvas
Each workspace holds as many boards as you need, on an infinite canvas with sticky notes, shapes, text, images and frames. Ask the agent to brainstorm, cluster the notes into themes, or draw a flowchart, user journey or timeline. Diagrams are live: change a step and the layout redraws itself.
Turn it into a plan
The planner holds plans made of columns and task cards, with assignees, labels, dates, subtasks and comments. The AI-first template has a Human review column and a Done column that only a person can move a card into, so an agent can hand work over but cannot sign it off.
Hand it over
Copy as prompt, on any task, writes the task, its description, the files it touches and its acceptance criteria into a brief you paste into a coding agent. The agent starts with the whole picture instead of a sentence typed from memory.
What can the Fulveo Agent do?
- Draw diagrams, matrices and risk grids on a board.
- Brainstorm on sticky notes and group them into themes.
- Write, update and organise tasks.
- Read images you place on a board, and look at a board to review how it reads.
- Search the web.
- Read your code, when a GitHub repository is connected.
Every change it wants to make is shown to you first. You approve it, or you do not.
How does Fulveo work with Claude Code, Cursor or Codex?
Two ways. The simple one is Copy as prompt: take a task's brief and paste it into whatever agent you use.
The other is Fulveo's MCP server. Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client to https://mcp.fulveo.com/mcp, approve it once, and it can read your plans and boards and update tasks as it works. It acts as you, only in the workspaces you choose. See connecting an AI agent for the steps.
Who is Fulveo for?
- Founders building with AI tools who need the thinking, the plan and the context in one place.
- PMs who direct AI agents and need to brief them with the full picture.
- Small teams who would rather have one simple workspace than three tools that disagree.
How much does Fulveo cost?
Free is for one person and needs no card: 1 workspace, 3 editable boards, 1 plan, 30 Fulveo Agent messages a month and 100 MCP calls. Pro is EUR 19 per person a month, billed monthly, for everyone in the organization. Enterprise is priced with you.
Free is the way to try Fulveo. Pro starts, and is charged, on the day you upgrade.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fulveo free?
Yes. Free is for one person: 1 workspace, 3 editable boards, 1 plan, 30 agent messages a month and 100 MCP calls. It needs no card. Pro adds teammates and unlimited workspaces, boards and plans.
Do I need to connect GitHub to use Fulveo?
No. A workspace works with nothing connected. Connecting a repository is optional, read-only, and lets the Fulveo Agent read your code when you plan against it.
Does Fulveo change my code?
No. The GitHub connection is read-only. Fulveo reads files to answer questions and never writes to your repository.
Does the Fulveo Agent change my boards without asking?
Not by default. The agent proposes a change and you approve it. Deleting things or very large changes always stop for your confirmation, even when you have turned on automatic approval.
Which coding agents work with Fulveo?
Any agent that speaks MCP, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, can connect to a workspace at mcp.fulveo.com/mcp and read or update it. For any other tool, Copy as prompt on a task gives you a brief to paste in.
Can someone without an account see my board?
Yes. A share link opens a single board for a guest. Guests are free and do not count toward your plan.
