Roles

What the owner, admins, editors and read only people of an organization can do, and who can open which workspace.

Each person has one role in an organization: Owner, Admin, Editor or Read only. That role decides what they can do in every workspace of the organization.

In a workspace

What you can do in a workspace follows from your organization role:

Owner and Admins manage every workspace in the organization, whether or not they were added to it.
Editors edit the boards and tasks of the workspaces they were added to, and work with the Fulveo Agent there.
Read only people see the workspaces they were added to and comment on their boards and tasks, but cannot change anything else, and their AI agents can only read.

On Free, which is for one person, only the owner edits and manages workspaces. Everyone else keeps their role and can view, comment and vote until the organization has Pro. See Plans and seats.

Everyone in a workspace can see who else is in it: choose Share at the top of the Fulveo Agent.

When you cannot do something

A setting your role cannot change shows a lock and a short note. Ask the organization's owner or an admin.
