Getting started
Fulveo Agent
What the Fulveo Agent can do in a workspace, who can use it, and how many messages your plan includes.
The Fulveo Agent tab is an assistant that works inside your workspace. Each workspace has its own agent and its own conversation history.
What it can do
- Boards: create boards, stickies, shapes, frames, connectors and documents; draw flowcharts, matrices and diagrams, including from an image; move, align, style and tidy what is already there.
- Planner: create, update and delete tasks, and add, complete and remove subtasks.
- Code: when the workspace has a GitHub repository, search the code, read files, see recent changes and map dependencies.
- Research: search the web and read images you share.
If you ask about code and no repository is connected, the agent offers to connect one.
Ask first or Auto edit
Choose how the agent applies its changes:
- Ask first, the default: you approve edits before they apply.
- Auto edit: the agent edits without asking.
Who can use it
The agent works for the people who can edit a workspace. It is off for read-only members, and in a workspace that is read-only on Free. On Free, that means the organization's owner, in the workspace that stays editable. If Free works in another organization you own, the agent is off here until this one has Pro. See Plans and seats.
Messages
Every interaction with the agent counts as one message: a chat message, a suggested prompt, Ask again, a board it drafts for you, a mention of @Fulveo Agent in a comment, rewriting text from the formatting bar, and Write description on a task. Stopping it, rejecting its changes and starting a new conversation do not count. If a reply fails on our side early, before the agent has changed anything, the message is not counted.
Messages are shared by all the organization's workspaces:
- Free: 30 a month, and at most 15 a day.
- Pro: 300 per person a month, shared by the whole organization, with no daily limit.
The monthly count starts again on the 1st, and the daily count at midnight UTC. Unused messages do not carry over. On Free, the composer shows how many are left. When they run out, the agent tells you when more arrive, in your own time zone, and the organization's owner can upgrade to Pro.
The organization's owner sees this month's usage on Billing, under the organization's name in Settings.
